What an exciting time for basketball this time of year, especially when talking about the FIBA World Championship. This is a great organization that is presenting teh FIBA World Championship for Women for the sport of basketball. I have been having trouble visiting the FIBA website because of the extreme amounts of traffic they are currently receiving.

What is exciting about this? Well you get to see some of the best women basketball players on the planet. And what better place to have the event than Brazil? Brazil is hot and happening and they speak Portugese :) So if you get a chance, check out their website, maybe you can meet up with some other fans of FIBA world championship basketball.

Talk about something to talk about. NCAA basketball star Brynn Cameron is taking the season of to experience a childbearing season. I know many of you are into sports and think that it would be something cool to talk about. Now, many people are pretty bummed about Brynn Cameron having to take time off…in fact one reporter went as far as saying “NCAA women’s college basketball just got 55 percent less attractive.” Now that is a pretty harsh thing to say, but to each his own.

I think NCAA basketball, regardless if Brynn Cameron is involved or not, is super fun and a good thing to chat about.
